1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Reservations

A reservation is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from HANA TAXI & TOUR INC.
Please ensure that your contact information (email address, phone number) is accurate at the time of booking.
For changes or cancellations, please contact us at hanataxihawaii@gmail.com or (808) 955-2255 at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Failure to appear without prior cancellation (no-show) may result in restrictions on future use of the service.

3. User Obligations

Provide accurate and complete reservation information.
Do not make fictitious, duplicate, or malicious reservations.
Do not use this service for any unlawful purpose.
Be ready at the designated pickup location at the confirmed pickup time.

4. Our Obligations

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill confirmed reservations.
In the event of unavoidable circumstances, we will notify you as promptly as possible via the contact information provided at the time of booking.

5. Limitation of Liability

HANA TAXI & TOUR INC is not liable for:

Delays or service failures caused by traffic conditions, road closures, weather, or natural disasters.
Delays or itinerary changes arising from flight delays, cancellations, or airline schedule changes.
Personal belongings left in a vehicle. Please check that you have all your belongings before exiting the taxi.
Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of HANA TAXI & TOUR INC and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
