Airport Taxi fare information

By booking a round trip online at http://hana.taxi, the fare is $35 each way ($70 total). Payment is made to the driver individually upon drop-off.
When booking by LINE or phone, the airport-to-Waikiki hotel fare is $35, and the hotel-to-airport fare is $40.
Tip is up to the customer; drivers cannot request tips.
When paying by credit card, please note that tax will be automatically added to the fare.
Please pay the taxi fare to the driver when you get out. We do not collect deposits in advance.

I will explain it in three parts as follows.

Exit from terminal 2 and look to the right. You will see elevated road pillars. Look at them from the side — the EMERGENCY NUMBER 25 will be written on the pillar. Walk toward higher numbers until you reach the crosswalk between pillars 29 and 30. Cross halfway and wait on the left side. Taxis pick up starting from the far left.

Exit Terminal 1 and walk along the right side. Find the white parasol and wait there. Call us when you arrive.

If your BAG CLAIM is between 20 and 31, head toward number 31 without going outside. Walk to PRE-ARRANGED 5 and exit to the large parking lot.
If your BAG CLAIM is 20 or below, head toward BAG CLAIM 16 and exit. Walk left along the elevated road pillars to pillar 30, cross the crosswalk halfway, and wait on the left side — same as international arrivals.

Please be ready in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. The dispatch is arranged 20 minutes in advance, so the taxi may arrive 10 to 5 minutes early. If you don't see the car at pickup time, please call us.
